Here are important things to remember when reading a customer review.
Quality of Workmanship
Whatever service you’re looking for, from Gutter Helmet® or heated gutter system installation to our other home improvement services, remember that the customer’s words are typically first-hand experience. This means they give you a direct window into how the company does their work.

A good contractor is both knowledgeable about their services and products and respectful toward their clients. The conduct of a company is a reflection of both the company’s work ethic and how they treat others. Our company is committed to treating every customer with nothing but the highest level of professionalism. This is why we appreciated it when a customer from Pleasant Valley, NY, said that our Gutter Helmet systems installers were “very efficient and polite.”
We never know who will be needing our services next. Sometimes it’s a homeowner who is a total novice when it comes to our line of work. Other times, the client could be an expert in our field, like this architect in Port Ewen. He states in his February 17, 2018, review:

If someone with proper knowledge knows the company is doing a good job, chances are you can enjoy quality service too.
Lastly, customer reviews for companies should be taken in bulk. Several good reviews show how well the service is in total. If you see lots of positive feedback about the company, it’s a sign that company should be trusted.
